Spring-Summer is upon us and I am excited to tell you that sweet red cherries are here. These cherries are bursting with potassium and they taste amazing. We carry many different varieties to make sure that you have a vast choice. So whether you are eating them just raw for a nutritious snack or using them as an ingredient in your next masterpiece you will have plenty of choices here at Nino’s.

This was a warm winter but nevertheless we got a good crop from California and starting in June we will start carrying Washington Cherries as well. Both regions produce great crops. How great? Well, we can easily go through about two hundred to three hundred cases a week.

When you buy cherries from Nino’s you are guaranteed freshness and amazing taste and here are some tips to extend that freshness and taste. Keep fresh cherries in the refrigerator. Whenever you wish to eat them, just rinse cherries in water to remove dirt and to bring them back to room temperature. Then, gently pat dry with soft cloth to remove moisture.

As usual here are some fun, amazing and easy recipes utilizing cherries.
